Long Term Stay
Non-Refundable Application Fee $50 (NLC staff/student) or $100 (non-NLC student)
Damage Deposit $200, HST will be applied to all rates
- Two Bedroom Units $540 per month per occupant
- Four Bedroom Units $480 per month per occupant
- Family unit (2-bed) $1080 per month; 3 or more beds $1,225 per month
Parking $80 per year
Short-term Stay (Under 21 nights)
All short-term stay suites are four-bedroom units.
(Minimum Advance Cancellation Policy - 48 hours; Minimum 2 nights per stay)
Check-out time 4 pm
Application Fee $50 (non-refundable)
$40 per night, or $ 240 per week, per occupant.
After 20 nights, weekly extensions are available at $115 per week per occupant. No HST is charged after six weeks.
Executive Units
$119 per night (no application fee)
*Residence fees include electricity, heat, hot water, basic cablevision, and access to the campus internet. Rental fees are payable in advance by semester, prior to or on the first day of occupancy.
