Dawson Creek campus offers a wide variety of programs offered
by various program areas designed to meet the interests, aspirations, and
needs of individuals in the community. A complete first year of University
Degree and mahy second year courses are available at this campus. Courses
included the Humanities, Physical Sciences, Social Studies, Business Management,
and Teacher Education. a two-year degree program leads to the Associate of
Arts Degree. In addition, there is an Associate of Arts Diploma. The two year
Social Services Worker Diploma is also offered.
The Dawson Creek campus offers full-time vocational programs in Aircraft Maintenance
Engineering, Carpentry, Professional Cook Training, Joinery, Commerical Driver
Eduction and Welding. A variety of Adult Basic Eduction courses allow students
to upgrade themselves toward either vocational or academic programs. An Adult
Special Eduction program is also offered. Applied Business Technology, Hospitality
and Tourism Operations, Resident Care / Home Attendant, and Visual Arts certificate
programs are available. Many Continuing Eductation courses are offered for
short term study.
The Dawson Creek campus offers a student residence on campus, a gymnazium,
a cafeteria, a daycare facility, and a bookstore. As well, the College’s
Regional Administration is located on the camppus in a separate building.
