Long Term Stay
- Three and Four Bedroom $400.00 per month per occupant
- Two Bedroom $445.00 per month per occupant
- One Bedroom $890.00 per month
Short-term Stay (Under 21 nights)
All short-term stay suites are four-bedroom units.
(Minimum Advance Cancellation Policy - 48hrs)
Check-out time 4:00pm
$26.25 (+ GST) per night per occupant.
After 20 nights, weekly extensions are available at $105.00 per week per occupant. No GST is charged on Short Stays with weekly extensions if the stay is six weeks or longer.
Minimum stay 2 nights
*Residence fees include electricity, heat, hot water, basic cablevision, and access to the campus internet. Rental fees are payable in advance by semester, prior to or on the first day of occupancy.
