• All students must register as full-time students in one of the above-listed programs. The ESL program consists of 20 hours of classes per week. A blended program of ESL and other courses may increase class time to 27 hours per week. • Several other certificate and diploma programs available. Medical Insurance
All international students studying in British Columbia must have Medical Insurance for the time period stated in the student’s Study Permit. Students who do not arrive with Medical Insurance will be assisted by NLC to apply for B.C. Medical Insurance.
