Jeff coordinates apprenticeship training throughout the Northern Lights College region. He liaises with industry and the Ministry of Advanced Education on behalf of apprentices, schedules training and is available to assist with registration and testing. He works with the four regional School Districts to promote dual credit training programs for area high school students. Jeff brings his experience of 25 years in industry and 16 years as a post-secondary instructor to this position.

Pam works with all NLC Apprenticeship programs, assisting apprentices and employers in meeting their training needs. She also liases Industry Training Authority (ITA) regarding apprenticeship issues and scheduling.
Pam deals directly with companies and apprentices to increase their knowledge of Trades & Apprenticeship. She also works with the Industry Advisory Committee to strengthen NLC's Trades & Apprenticeship programs.
