In this course, you will focus on developing skills to give and receive feedback as a manager. It introduces the principles of coaching which help support the development of team members and in turn drive successful achievement of goals. These principles will connect to productive and respectful conflict resolution skills.
This course will also explore best practices for effective communication in your workplace, so you can determine what you need from others and what they need from you to ensure open, honest, and productive communication.
