CHETWYND – Lindsay Roland is the 2012 recipient of Chetwynd’s Junior Citizen of the Year award, sponsored by Northern Lights College. Roland received her award from Donna Merry, Campus Administrator, and Rochelle Galbraith, Student Recruiter of NLC. Congratulations Lindsay.
