You will walk away from this course with the knowledge to create an open and respectful workplace, able to be a leader who values the perspectives of people from varied backgrounds and is competent leading diverse teams. This course will also give you the skills to understand and respect the rights of Indigenous Peoples of the region and the principles of Reconciliation.
