A follow-up to Project Management Essentials: Part 1, we will focus on more advanced skills based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines. In real-world project management, you’ll face challenges like changing client needs, scope changes, limited resources, and tough clients. This course covers these issues and gives practical tools based on PMI best practices to help you manage them. You’ll learn through interactive lessons and real industry examples. Plus, you can earn Professional Development Unit (PDU) credits from PMI.
