All materials for this course are supplied (magazines, scissors, pens, paper, glue & cardstock provided). Participants are welcome to bring additional supplies, extra embellishments, and personal photos to add to their vision boards.

Instructor Bio 

Kathy Swanson is an experienced yoga instructor with over a decade of teaching since earning her 200-hour YTT certification in 2011 with SOYA Yoga in Prince George, B.C. She is dedicated to helping individuals cultivate physical & mental well-being. Believing that all people learn in a variety of ways she has ventured into teaching wellness courses that are experiential, enjoyable and fun. Rooted in the belief that deeper connections with our authentic selves lead to greater happiness and health, Kathy designs yoga classes and curated pop-up events that inspire personal growth, balance, and joy. She has classes online and in person.
