This course builds on topics covered in BLMT 100 – Building Maintenance Level 1 and introduces learners to home owner/tenant orientations and training, identifying Fire and Life Safety Systems, and the repair and maintenance of plumbing, roofing, flooring, as well as heating and ventilation systems. Learners will also perform administrative duties such as maintain records, complete forms and permit requests, and procure relevant materials.

Prerequisites: BLMT 100 

Restrictions: Must be in the Building Maintenance Program (BLMT).
