This course builds on the ESTH 105 – Esthetics and Spa Therapy 1 training. Students will expand their knowledge of skincare to more advanced applications and techniques. They also will learn about facial machines, hair removal, body hydration treatments and body scrubs. The course will cover makeup artistry for day and evening, body treatments such as Swedish massage, hot stone massage, and aromatherapy to enhance these treatments.
Students will learn the business practices and teamwork skills needed to operate a fully functioning on-site spa, including real-time, practical client care under the instructor’s supervision. In addition, career planning also will be covered in the course.
Restrictions: Must be in the Cosmetology Program (COSM2) or Esthetician Program (ESTHN1)
