SSWD210 Methods of Intervention and Practice Areas

(3.0 credits)

This course prepares students for practicum placement experiences. Topics such as intervention methods and application of psychological and social work theories in the areas of clinical interviews, case management, and community development will be explored.

Prerequisites: SSWD110 Introduction to Social Service Work, SSWD120 Ethics and Practice

Restrictions: Must be in Social Services Worker Diploma Program (SSWD2).
