The goal of BEST (Provincial Better Employment Skills and Techniques) is to enhance adult learners’ life and employment readiness skills. After completing the course, students have the preparation to pursue occupational and educational goals in a changing and diverse world. A work experience assignment of no less than 30 hours is mandatory for the completion of the course.

Restrictions: Must have been admitted to an NLC program.
