Yoga for Vitality: Drop-in Yoga for Students and Staff

Fort St. John Campus Atrium, Thursdays from 12–1pm
The Drop-In Yoga for Vitality is a complete and balanced practice including asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga wisdom, mantra (chanting), and meditation. This integral approach offers access to diverse teachings and techniques and is designed for beginners as well as seasoned yoga practitioners.
