Baby it’s cold outside! So why not warm up with free chili and a bun? Sponsored by Student Life and DC Student Council and prepared by our Culinary students in partnership with the North Star Grill. Everyone must present their staff or student ID to get their chili.

The Drop-In Yoga for Wellness is a complete and balanced practice including: • asana (yoga postures) • pranayama (breathing exercises) • yoga wisdom • mantra (chanting) • meditation This integral approach offers access to diverse teachings and techniques and is designed for beginners as well as seasoned yoga practitioners.
